Never heard from her
I found this Attorney on ARAG and reached out to her, she answered my phone call first and asked me to send her the ticket information following up with emails. I sent her the emails and she never replied, also never picked up my phone call again, I also asked my ARAG agent to talk to this attorney and she didn't answer either. It is ok if the attorney doesn't want to accept this case but least I should get an answer, the whole time didn't reply email/phone call is just very upset and disrespectful.
My wife and I needed help with multiple issues, including power of attorney and a quitclaim deed. Tresa was knowledgable about these and thorough in the documents created. Tresa also patiently assisted with our followup questions and concerns. It was excellent work and we felt listened to throughout.
Firstly, she tends to have multiple spelling errors in her professional documents. Secondly, she provides zero substantial evidence for her clients and is very unprofessional in her attempt to do so.
