I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tres Holistic for a massage, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Bought a Groupon that expired. While it's clear that the promotional value is no longer accepted, the original value never expires. It's very straightforward on both the Groupon certificate and in the fine print. Valerie Bois refused to accept the gift certificate's original value and said purchases from a 3rd party are null and void. I was able to get my purchase refunded through Groupon, but advise others to steer clear of this trap. Unfortunate.
