I was referred regarding a special needs trust. I met Tyrell for consultation for special needs trust which was this firms specialty. She suggested I remove deceased co-owner from property. I expected attorney to help me. I paid 1/2 $150 & returned to pick up the deed and further discuss the special needs trust. The attorney was not in. I handed another $150 and was told the deed would be mailed. $300 was 2x the amt we paid to change deed on mom’s home, and would’ve used other attorney and saved 150 if it weren’t for special... read more
