Tony and his team are tier one, with great professionalism, honesty, and integrity. We have hired Trent HVAC for several jobs, and have been very pleased. Their rates are affordable, their service is excellent and very punctual.
Trent Electrical & HVAC came out today and put in a lamp post, fixed electric skylights and a nagging, mystery problem of a non functioning wall of outlet. The work was excellent and they were both friendly and professional. Will definitely use Trent Electrical & HVAC again!
Our heat was not working for the last 3 days. The tech that came onsite, James , was awesome. He found a blown fuse but after replacing it, it popped again. He did some troubleshooting and found the issue was the thermostat. He worked out some options with me and we decided to replace AND relocate it. He did an amazing job with the new location since we had just redone our kitchen. He made sure not to damage anything. We are thankful for the great service we had.
Brian is a good service tech, he always goes above and beyond. He is honest, caring and truly one of the most trustworthy people I have ever met. He makes Trent HVAC even better than before. This is a great company with quality products at a good price with great service. Thank you all for a good job.
Just wanted to write you a quick note to say, thanks so much for fixing our air conditioning and on such short notice! We called several other AC service companies but you were the only one that could come out the same evening that we called and checked our failing system. 5 stars all the way.
