This is my favourite Trenery store, even though I’ve only visited twice, both times to exchange items and return online orders. The staff are very friendly and helpful, with no negative attitude toward online returns. They went above and beyond to help me secure a smaller size of a dress I’d purchased online from a store in Victoria. Really great customer service overall.
I recently visited this store for the first time, and I had a wonderful experience. Two lovely middle-aged women assisted me in choosing my clothes, and their help was invaluable. I will definitely be returning. Please continue to maintain the free-spirited vibe. You both were amazing!
