Associate who helped me greeted me on arrival as I entered and was most helpful! Store is well presented and could easily find what I came in for.

I had a great experience with really helpful staff at Spencer street store and then turned to this store for an item. Consistent with other reviews the female staff member spoke to me like I was causing her an inconvenience and was rude. I suggest you replace her with the ladies from Spencer street at which I dropped over $500 the day before.
I had the most dreadful experience at Trenery in Melbourne Central today, and I feel compelled to share just how awful it was. From the moment I walked into the store, I was met with the most unprofessional and disrespectful behavior, especially from the manager. Went for a browse in here the other day and promptly left as the lady maning counter just sneered at me, no hello no nothing. It was like her cat died or something and she thought I was the prime suspect. I thought I was perhaps over exaggerating being the recipient of such an icy glare but my partner also immediately commented the same apon leaving the store.
