I have been a long time Trenery/Country Road customer and I was very unimpressed and underwhelmed recently by the two unhelpful staff members that 'greeted' me when I collected a number of items I had ordered via click and collect. I found the two staff members to be dismissive and most unhelpful. When I asked if I could try on all my purchased items that I had picked up in store with them via click and collect they were shocked that I wanted to do this and made me feel bad just for ensuring I had the correct sizes. Quality of service is always good.
Such a shame. I really wanted to shop in store but I was largely ignored, I asked a question and didn’t get a response from the person who asked me the question and was generally made to feel unwelcome. Very disappointed.
