Hi. We like Trenery and had been customers for quite awhile. Just wanted to leave a comment here: * On Sunday 18/2/24 (~1.45pm) I was asked by one of the elder lady worker there to leave the changing room, and wait outside. * A couple of observations here. 1) I was in the changing area to assist my wife who was in there 2) When I was asked to leave, we fully expected that the lady could assist my wife. Amazing customer service. Found a dress that I absolutely loved, unfortunately it had a pull in the fabric and it was the only one in my size they had. Not only were they graciously accept that there was a flaw in the material, they also called another store to see if they could hold the same dress so I could view it. I was very interested and ended up purchasing. They have certainly earned my respect, very professional.
