I purchased the white linen Trenery pull on pants in size 6. Absolutely appalling. I have worn them once - do not retain their shape. So baggy it’s embarrassing wearing them
Strap in because this is a long one. To set the scene we ordered some pants online for click and collect, they happened to be a little small, no problem I thought, I'll just ask for an exchange, right? If only it were that simple. I contacted their online support for help. I asked if I can just take it into the store and exchange the size. I've been a regular customer of Trenery and Country Road. Unfortunately, this year I've experienced that the woollen jumpers I've bought have been of poorer quality than in the past. They've pilled so badly within a month of purchase, that I returned to the store. The long cardigan I bought my daughter recently as a gift, she can only wear now gardening.
Michelle at Trennery David Jones was a star. Amidst our stress of looking for a suit for 3 hours she helped us organise pants from interstate Trennery even though at the end we went with something else. Perfect service!
