A week elapsed after I placed my order and I had heard nothing other than the original confirmation advice. I rang and spoke to "Customer service" who advised my order had been despatched to my local store for collection. This afternoon I have an email advising my "order could not be fulfilled. Very disappointing service Trenery. Why accept the order if you did not have the stock.
