I went to replace a charging port on my device that was slightly loose. I was told to leave for about 30 minutes, and when I returned, I discovered that the technician had only cleaned the port instead of replacing it, despite claiming that he had changed something inside. Fixed my phone in under 2 hours, thank you!!
Worst customer service I have had in a long time. Took my 2 phones in for a file transfer as one of them was broken. The owner assured me it would take 2-3 hours so I stuck around, but I spent all day in town waiting, every time I checked back in he was talking on facetime instead of doing anything and kept telling me to come back in 20 mins, which i did about 7 or 8 times and it was still not done.
