Great employees so helpful and beautiful dresses. I was a little worried about the price and I checked online to see the original brand price and it was way less than the store. Tried to ask if any of the prices could be adjusted but the owner refused to help. The employees tried to help me but he wouldn’t listen. Buy your dresses in other stores!!! The young girls who worked there were great and very kind.
By far the most amazing experience for two teens and mom’s shopping for prom dresses. First I called and a professional gentleman by the name of Perry answered all my questions. We arrived on a Saturday and owner Perry, employee Lisa and other ladies were so very accommodating. The store was very busy and they all managed to work so well together assisting everyone. i went to trendz this past week to buy my senior prom dress. the dress i was looking at was $449. while the dress was good quality and beautiful on me, it was not in my price range. I put the dress back and the owner of the shop said that he would give me the dress for $50 off and an additional $20 because they stopped making that style dress. Shopping here was such an amazing experience! The girls working there were very helpful and welcoming. My daughter and I didn’t feel rushed and were given enough time to look through the prom dress selection and choose any dress that she liked.
I went to the store looking for a dress, and after browsing, I found one I liked. However, someone informed me they couldn't assist me without an appointment although the store was completely empty and assistance without an appointment was not stated anywhere.
