My daughter bought a dress online for an event but wasn't sure it would arrive in time. So, we bought a "backup" dress from Trendz in Rockaway. Her primary dress ended up arriving in time, so we had no need for the backup dress. I tried to return it (obviously, unworn with tags and receipt). The store clerk deadpanned that "they don't take returns". Given what a strange policy this is, they should have verbally disclosed this during the purchase. The most pleasant experience I have had in a very long time while shopping. Perri was leaving for the day, and immediately greeted us with a smile and began to engage in friendly conversation. At that time he removed his coat and was happy to assist us in finding the perfect dress for my teenage daughter for a winter prom. He then introduced us to Suni. I had the most amazing experience here! Sony was the best!! She was so kind! I only had three weeks to get a dress for my wedding. Sony took her time with me. She was patient and honest.
