Looked around and was absolutely shocked at the prices. $65 for a decently cute t shirt and $25 for a coffee cup?? I used to love this place but I can’t justify their prices anymore. What a shame.
I’ve been shopping at The Trendy Trunk for years now, and I have a great experience every time I stop by! I think it’s one of the best boutiques in Hendersonville. It has become one of my go-to shops to buy gifts for friends/family or shop for myself! The staff members are always welcoming and helpful. The store is clean and very well organized, and The Trendy Trunk has such a great variety of items for anyone shopping there. I highly recommend The Trendy Trunk!
Honest review. The business itself deserves 5 stars. It is great local boutique for gifts and unique finds. The low star is for the customer service. I have frequented the business on several accounts in hope my experience would be different. Maybe perhaps I came in on the wrong staffing day but each time it has not been pleasant. And I was profiled. I tried to give it a benefit of a doubt. I had never been in before, i just needed on thing for a christmas gift. I went into the section with e-newton and Kendra Scott and was watched like a high traffic drug criminal. I walked 3 feet outside of the section with an e-newton bracelet and was approached by an employee who said, “I can take that up to the front”. I wasn’t done shopping, so i replied with “oh no thank you im still deciding” and she looked me up and down and said “ok”.
