Very good ambience and friendly staff and more collections for women
I had a very bad experience in trend women's store in KR Puram Devasandra, staff people are not responding properly when we are asking anything they are not responding correctly. Never visit this store simply they put offers outside to attract customers but actually nothing will be when we go inside.
Irrespective staff, they are not ready to treat customers properly.when we asked can we exchange if we are not satisfied , they said yes and later in bill they put a seal as no exchange. Just after 1 hour of we go for exchange they are saying no u can't exchange now system is not working if u want you can go exchange in other stores. But when we went to other stores they said we can't exchange as they have put a seal of no exchange ......
