bad customer service and not for your family store I brought my family to watch a race here and maybe get into the racing thing with my kids but we heard alot of cussing and swearing and the person in charge with the race would not help us with questions and said go inside and ask the owner. we went inside and the owner was nearly making out with his wife so I just took my kids and wife and left this place. Worst customer service and dirty store. Bought an item from their ebay store and we were in the area on vacation so we stopped by to buy more parts. I was very disappointed at the service I received at trends and trains. These guys are very rude and the store was cluttered with trash. I am not going to give them my business again. These guys need to learn how to treat their customers right. I was talked down as if I were an idiot. Don't think this store will last more than a year.
I am very disappointed I went to this store a few weeks ago or so. I was very disgusted when i walked in. The floors were very nasty and the customer service wasn't any better. The guy behind the counter was rude. I won't be visiting this store ever again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!!!!!!
Thanks for a great local hobby shop Great store!!! They have a very good selection of rc car parts in stock. They have always been friendly and helpful. Plus they now have indoor and outdoor race tracks
Don't know how to treat customers I had a very unpleasant experience in this store and will never go back. I purchased 2 rc planes as gifts. I opened the boxes several days later before wrapping them and found that one of the planes had already been taken out of the packaging. When I attempted to return it to the store, the guy accused me of flying it.I told him they were gifts and I did not ever fly it. He was very accusatory and I felt like a criminal. Up and Coming Hobby Store This is the place to go for your hobby needs. It's a small store, but they have a decent selection. Staff is friendly and they don't give you the usual hobby store cold shoulder. Top Notch!
