Visited Reliance Trends (Men’s) Latur, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member named Jay Mote behaved very arrogantly throughout the interaction. His attitude toward customers is unacceptable — completely uncooperative, rude, and nowhere close to the basic standards of customer service. If this is how you treat customers, it seriously raises the question of how you are running this business. A store that carries a big brand name should not tolerate such unprofessional behavior from its staff.
