Good service by Mohan Das, store is clean and staff is helpful
Very disappointed with the behavior of the footwear section staff at Trends. The staff were not attentive, seemed uninterested in helping customers, and responded rudely when asked for assistance. Customer service is just as important as products, and this experience completely spoiled the visit. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and trains the staff to behave more professionally and respectfully.
