My experience with Reliance Trend Kasavanahalli manager is really good. Manager Prabhu did a great job. His helped me a lot in exchanging few of my products. I live out of India and had purchased a lot from Reliance Trend and few of the items had size issue. It was Prabhu who helped and sorted out everything from me.
Clothes are Well organized the with big labels like "under offers" and "not under offers" Great! Now the actual game starts, we will pick the products which are under offers, will try those and select. Once you reach billing counter they say sorry this product not under offer. Do you think customers compromise and take it? Is this some kind of trick ? On top of it no proper ventilation, AC not working, arranged jumbo Air coolers but no use. Very suffocating.
