Misleading customers.Store says discounts on items and when one goes for billing then they say not applicable.Please check your bill.NOT ETHICAL.Garuda mall outlet.
Very disappointing experience at Trends Garuda Mall. The cashier was extremely slow and did not respond properly to customers. Customer service is a very important part of the shopping experience, and the staff should be trained to communicate politely and assist customers efficiently. I request the management to provide proper customer service training to the team so that customers feel valued and respected. Hoping for better service on my next visit.
