Very disappointing experience at Trends Garuda Mall. The cashier was extremely slow and did not respond properly to customers. Customer service is a very important part of the shopping experience, and the staff should be trained to communicate politely and assist customers efficiently. I request the management to provide proper customer service training to the team so that customers feel valued and respected. Hoping for better service on my next visit.
Excellent staffs
Very good clothing and apparel store by reliance one stop shop for family inside garuda mall mgrath road. Payal and shrabani were very helpful & cordial to deal with.
Physical bill is not given, the store representative should inform it before billing so that we will opt out of shop. The store owner need to take action. Store is scamming the customers.
