Terrible experience at the billing counter today. The staff was incredibly rude and outright lied about the applicability of discount coupons to avoid the extra effort of processing them. It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service and lack of transparency from a brand like Reliance Trends. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere until they learn how to treat customers properly.
