Very disappointed with my experience at this Trends store today. The staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional, which completely spoiled my shopping mood. Unlike other Trends branches, this store didn’t even have proper mirrors available for customers, making it very inconvenient to check outfits. Worst experience ever. Staffs don't have any knowledge about the ongoing discounts and offers. Ever since I entered the store one staff started following me even when I asked not to. Although, I picked clothes from 50% off section. I was refused the discount at the billing counter. The billing staff started arguing that there is no discount. And that staff who was following me, he had no answer, he was there with me while I was shopping. He didn't even inform me that it is not on discount when I picked the item. I even had a... read more
