Had visited the showroom on 05-06-26. The floor staff were very competitive and they helped me getting the desired items (as it was plus size, was displayed on offer) The issue started while billing . The staff on counter seems confused and he left the counter asking me to wait. While on return, the counter staff and some senior staff, inform me very politely that the item I had purchased was not available for billing as displayed or as promoted. Visited Reliance Trends recently. Really good variety for men, women, and kids. Found some good deals on shirts and jeans. Store was clean, staff were helpful, and billing was quick. Sizes were easily available too. Great for family shopping without burning a hole in the pocket.
