The service is very bad. When we ask for a size change, they are not providing it even after purchasing during the offer. If we want to gift someone a dress, size issues can happen, so there should be an exchange option. A better option would be to provide an exchange facility for “3499 purchase + 3499 free” offers, as it would improve customer satisfaction. Their behavior towards customers was also very rude.
