I am extremely disappointed with the service at your store. I purchased an item, completed the billing, and only after reaching home realized that the security tag (magnetic tag) had not been removed. This is a basic responsibility during checkout, and because of your staff's negligence, I now have to waste my time and travel back to the store just to get the tag removed. This is completely unacceptable and very inconvenient. I expect better attention to customers and hope you take steps to ensure this doesn't happen again.

I would like to share my recent experience at Reliance Trends, City Center, Mangalore. I had purchased 3 pairs of jeans during the 80% off offer. Since the size did not fit me, I visited the store to exchange them. The staff issued me a credit note, and I selected another 3 pairs of jeans from the same section where the 80% off offer board was clearly displayed.
