Disappointing & Unacceptable Staff Behaviour at Trends Aaj Trends store mein mera experience extremely disappointing raha. Ek handicapped staff (ek hath tuta hain uska) member se maine sirf itna pucha ki “Yeh item 50% off mein hai kya?” kyunki ek side par clearly 50% ka sign laga hua tha. Us staff ne jawab dene ke bajay bahut rudely aur disrespectful tone mein mujhse kaha: “Idhar tereko 50% kahin likha dikha raha hai kya?” Yeh baat sunke main shocked reh gaya. अतिशय धक्कादायक अनुभव! एका दिव्यांग कर्मचाऱ्याने (one hand man ) माझ्या पत्नीबद्दल अत्यंत घाणेरडी टिप्पणी केली. दिव्यांगत्वाचा आदर करणे आमचे कर्तव्य आहे, पण अशा प्रकारे ग्राहकांच्या कुटुंबावर टिप्पणी करणे अजिबात खपवून घेतले जाणार नाही. व्यवस्थापनाने अशा कर्मचाऱ्यांना त्वरित कामावरून कमी करावे किंवा त्यांना शिष्टाचार शिकवावेत. येथे महिला सुरक्षित नाहीत आणि त्यांना सन्मान मिळत नाही. अत्यंत लज्जास्पद!"
