Cashier was rude because I did not provide my phone number and told me no exchange without a phone number. Give them and they bombard you with calls and messages.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the Trends outlet in Police Bazaar, Shillong. This is the second time I have visited this store, and unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently poor. On both occasions, staff members appeared uninterested in assisting customers. Nice collection at prime location. No confusion shop
Ok store but not as expected from a store in a state capital. Location of store is good. Collection is not very great. Best part is Reliance digital is also there.
