Good place for Shopping
Yesterday i did shopping in trends the staff behaviour is so bad they gossip about customers specially the staff of 1st and ground floor and they don't even help customers in finding proper fit
I wanted a shirt which was from their newly came stock so they said they are unable to scan and sell it. They said they will call us in 2-3 days so we can go and collect it but it has been almost 4-5 days but yet then haven't called me and now i am unable to wear it on the same pants which i bought out from there only for the shirt from there
Sometimes you can get good clothes but the main problem is that the staff is always running behind you and it just feels awkward.. so many times I have avoided going to it because of staff service that we don't even need and when we need assistance then they don't know how to help..
Would give it a half star if possible, the staff doesn't care they look like they are a friend group on a picnic, it's Sunday the store has so many ppl visiting yet only one person at the billing counter. When asked about the clothes they say that even they don't know, the worst shopping experience so far.
