I’ve been shopping at the Trends Nacharam branch for quite some time, and it’s always been a pleasant experience. They have a very good collection of clothing for men, women, and kids, with neatly organized sections that make it easy to find what you’re looking for. One thing I like is that the store is usually not crowded, even on weekends, which makes shopping much more comfortable. Very bad service they be rude with customers
Most pathetic staff I've ever experienced. I'm not sure how such a reputed brand continues to operate with this level of customer service. The staff openly argue with each other and even with the security personnel in front of customers about their duties, creating a very unprofessional atmosphere. They seem least bothered about what customers actually need and show little interest in providing assistance.
