Polite satff
Very disappointing experience at Trends. One staff member named Nisha had an extremely rude attitude and kept passing unnecessary comments and taunts. It honestly seemed like she doesn’t even understand how to do her job properly, considering she ignored the fact that we have already shopped so much from this store before. Instead of helping customers respectfully, her behavior felt judgmental, irritating, and completely unprofessional. The customer service was terrible and it totally ruined our shopping experience.
Very mannerless staff
The staff at Trends were acting really disrespectful towards me and my friends. They kept whispering, giving looks, and saying things like “har baar aate ho aur sirf try karke jaate ho,” even though we’ve already done shopping worth thousands from there. It was honestly embarrassing and unprofessional. Customers come to stores to try clothes and decide what they like — that’s normal shopping, not something to judge people for.
