I recently visited Reliance Trends for shopping, and I had a fantastic experience. Vijay, who attended to me, provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was not only helpful in guiding me through the store but also very patient and knowledgeable about the various clothing options available. His friendly and professional attitude made my shopping experience so much more enjoyable.

Very bad customer service, While using trial room (women) a service representative was had too much attitude with arrogance. Her behaviour was too bad she was commenting on people fearlessly. Please hire some good manners representatives or give training after you hire. The worst part is when went to enquire about "submitting feedback", there was no such process. We can't give feedback in the outlet. Overall bad experience!
