Had a very disappointing experience at Trends, Patiala. The staff member assisting us was completely unaware of the ongoing offers and gave us incorrect information on almost every product we selected. We spent 2–3 hours carefully choosing items based on the offers she explained, but when we reached the billing counter, we were told a completely different story.
