Defective/Empty Product Sold- I purchased a "Do Hue" eyeshadow palette (Rs 249 + GST) from Trends on 06/09/26. Upon opening the fresh outer packaging today, I found an empty compact container inside instead of the actual eyeshadow product. Very disappointed with the quality control and packaging handling. Requesting the store management to inspect their inventory and issue a replacement.

Visited Meenakshi Mall, Bannerghatta Road today after a long time, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. There was no proper power supply inside the mall, and the power kept going off, especially while using the lifts. The basement parking area had almost no proper lighting, which felt unsafe and inconvenient. The mall has only two small lifts for the entire customer crowd, which is clearly not sufficient. we visited this trends store with our family and while my sister was trying clothes in changing rooms her phone got missing. We were standing just outside her door and only person that came in was the housekeeping staff. Even when she was going inside we told her that this room is occupied and we are still trying other outfits but she kept on insisting that she will just clean. Fine selection of kidswear But, while purchasing i was denied return if i dont submit my mobile number. As per Consumer Affairs guidelines, mandating a phone number for basic post-sale service/returns is an unfair trade practice.
