Very disappointing experience at Trends store(Jalgaon). There was a “Buy 1 Get 2 Free” offer displayed, and I specifically confirmed it with the staff not once, but twice before selecting the items. The staff assured me that the offer was applicable. However, at the billing counter, I was suddenly told that the offer did not apply to those items. Polite staff , good options for mens wear. Smooth and easy process for exchange related work
I bought a track pant (₹900) and a T-shirt (₹700) from here. Within just two washes, the color of both products faded, even though I didn’t use a brush while washing them. Considering the price, the quality should have been much better, but it turned out to be only decent. The same issue with color quality has happened to me twice with products from here.
