Amazing collection and very pleasant staff.
Yesterday I went shopping at Trends and stayed there for almost 1 hour. There was no AC working and it was extremely hot inside the store. After that, when I went for billing, the network was down and I had to wait another 10 minutes even though there was no crowd. Is this really the kind of system and service customers are supposed to get after paying money? When I complained, the staff simply said, “Ma’am, we can’t do anything.” If the staff can’t help, then who is responsible for providing proper facilities to customers?
Very disappointing experience at Reliance Trends on 19 April (5–7 PM). I visited the store with my female colleague and ended up shopping for around ₹7,000 based on the offers displayed in the store. There was a clear offer on T-shirts (Buy 2 get ₹100 off), and another scheme where purchasing ₹3,500 along with 3 kids’ clothes would get a lunch box gift. Worst service, untrained staff and always not updated offers. Humne 7000 ki shopping ki jisme humein misguide kiya gya or store manager ne offer ke nam par or item add krne ke liye kaha fir bhi koi discount(jo display pr tha) nhi diya. System ka rona rokar logon ko bewakoof bana rahe hain or kuch nahin. Aapke pas agr faltu paisa hai to aap jarur jaiye is store pr.
