Very bad experience new launch products are not put in system, and I had to be in line and after 30mins I was told this cant be billed. Some said they do this to hold sales of low value SKUs to not loose stocks, instead they push high ticket items. I also saw 2 sales personals attending 1 customer just because she was buying high value items
