fool. Initially, their staff used their own number during billing, and when we came for an exchange, they said it would take 24 hours because they had to write a mail to another department. Later, they called us and said the exchange was approved, but when we visited the store again, they suddenly refused and said the products could not be exchanged. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

AC was not working and there were no washroom facilities available. Very poor management and uncomfortable experience.
