I came to pick up my dress that was being cut since it was too long. When I purchased it I paid the full $450 for the dress and they told me it would be ready by 3pm the following day. I came in at 6:30pm giving them more than enough time for them to tell me that they needed another 30 minutes. Keep in mind they close at 7pm. Pésimo servicio no recomiendo esta tienda los vestidos no los arreglan a como deben de ser es un asco primero té dicen una cosa y luego salen con otra y no lo tienen a la hora las señoras son muy despotas este lugar no es recomendable no vallan

Great customer service as they are trying to sell you a dress, but the quality of their dresses suck! They fail to disclose that the dress on display you try on is the one you get. They tailor it but do not dry clean it or iron it. We walked out with a dusty dress, full of lint, ripped after being tried on by numerous bodies and wrinkled. It's unhygienic to give you a display dress without dry cleaning it and offering a discount.
