I went today with 3 of my other friends to look for prom dresses. When we went in initially, the employee was helping out a customer and there seemed to be no other employees around, nobody greeted us or even asked if we needed any help. Another pair of customers walked in maybe 10-15 minutes after us and they got helped by someone immediately! I came to pick up my dress that was being cut since it was too long. When I purchased it I paid the full $450 for the dress and they told me it would be ready by 3pm the following day. I came in at 6:30pm giving them more than enough time for them to tell me that they needed another 30 minutes. Keep in mind they close at 7pm. I asked that why I was I told to come after 3 if the dress wasn’t going to be ready until 7pm. The person that “helped me” was Christina she was rude! Pésimo servicio no recomiendo esta tienda los vestidos no los arreglan a como deben de ser es un asco primero té dicen una cosa y luego salen con otra y no lo tienen a la hora las señoras son muy despotas este lugar no es recomendable no vallan
