This was a great experience and friendly staff, we bought a sauna for our house and it was a great price, I would recommend this business and the product.

Considering the \$200 price point, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product. Additionally, I found their customer service to be unsatisfactory. Great store! Bought a spit rotisserie and was very impressed with the quality and service from the owner. He kindly helped me load my spit into the car. It was for a very good price compared to other businesses. Definitely reccommend!!!
I recently purchased a BBQ from Trend Living Comfort for $200, and I had a disappointing experience. The salesperson had poor communication skills to start with. After using the BBQ a few times, it became flimsy and started rusting. I've never seen charcoal BBQs without any handles! I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this shop, as they do not offer repairs or replacements for items. Plus, I didn't receive a receipt after my purchase.
