Absolutely loved the service and the hire car. Was upgraded to a larger SUV, brand new Land Cruiser Prado, beautiful car, perfect for 6 people. Very friendly staff, quick pick up and drop off, even offer an airport pick up/drop off which was amazing. No issues at drop off at all, no tyre kicking as you can see sometimes. Highly recommend and would definitely hire a car though them again. Thank you
The service we received from our booking in Adelaide with Melvin and then on arrival in Cairns from the Trend team was awesome. With hotel drop off of the vehicle by Oki and then drop off to the airport, it was all stress free. Having the car we were able to visit Paranella Park in Germantown, Queensland.
I had to hire a van to move my daughter, l contacted Trend because I had seen them advertised on Facebook. Booked the hire over the phone and picked up the van, there premises were Bright and clean and the receptionist was very friendly The van itself was very well presented and had everything that I needed The price was great the reason I say that because I shopped around. No problems recommending Trend Rentals.
We received excellent Service from Michael at Trend Car Rentals. The process was simple. The service also included us being 'dropped off' at the Airport by Michael on our return. Very Good!! Chris and Kathy
