I have never met such a nice group of people before! Unfortunately we ran into a situation with a plumber who decided to not finish the job but left the Trench Box and a bill for the box. I called customer service who were so gracious and went the extra mile to help with! It was taken care of within an half hour. I don't see a need for a trench box in my future but if I would ever need one, I will 100% use TrenchTech! Thank you so much for everything!
