Its not too often where you have communications with a telephone operator who is patient knows what they are doing and leaves their own emotions out of helping you. Thankfully Abigail of TCU had all those qualities in full and was absolutely kind and a sweetheart. Because of this I was able to resolve my issue with no issue and with a smile on my face.
