Horrible ! Late everyday for two months. The lady who answers the phone has no education and barely knows how to speak with people. Hung up on me several times!! Horrible I would pay out of my pocket before this company

Scarlett or Charolette is thee most unprofessional person I have ever encountered in my life. She is quick to be a greasier defensive and verbally abusive. The company its self is not interested in providing quality anything. The monitors swear in front of the kids the lady Scarlett hangs up on you. This is unfortunately the company that fallriver contracted with for my son’s summer transportation and I couldn’t be more discouraged.
Very nice team My son with special needs was with them one season. They was very kindly and helpful with him and with my wife
