Dr. Andrew Trem has done amazing work with my physical therapy for my neck, shoulder and upper back. This is the best my back and neck have felt in 10+years. Before I started treatments with Dr. Trem, I could barely turn my head or neck to the right and playing 9 holes of golf gave me weeks of pain in my right shoulder. After just 3 months of treatments, the transformation has been amazing and the pain I have lived with all these years is almost completely gone. Thank you Dr. Trem.
Dr Andy is the best PT around. He took me from having back pain and knee issues to virtually having no issues at all! He is caring and wants to get to the root of the problem. He works tirelessly until he figures it out and then sets up an exercise plan to keep you pain free. If you have any issues or questions about the exercise plan, he is available to help you at anytime. He follows up and ensures you are in the right path to heal you issue!!!

I have been dealing with lower back and leg pain for a few years. The pain was making my morning dog walks and my pickleball game really uncomfortable. Dr Trem was able to help me identify areas of my daily routine that needed adjustment. He also gave me exercises which helped a lot. After 2 months I am excited about my progress and would highly recommend TremTherapy.
I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis for over 20 years. Recently, it has become so painful it is limiting my activity. In the past I have tried so many things to relieve it.
