I had an extremely disappointing experience with Cherry at the Treloar Physiotherapy Cambie & 8th Clinic during my first acupuncture appointment. I came in with acute shoulder pain, which I clearly noted when booking the appointment and reiterated within the first few minutes of meeting her. Despite this, the majority of the session was spent on a lengthy and repetitive intake process.
