These guys are the best. While on an Albany to Buffalo Empire State Trail ride, I broke a spoke a couple miles from Utica. I managed to get to the shop at 5:45 pm and by 6:00 pm, I was out good as new. Absolutely the best. Thank you.
Staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. Brought our bike back for complimentary tune up, they not only did a wonderful job on the bike we got from there but also tightened the brakes on another bike we had at no additional costs. Sales team is super knowledgeable about all types of riding and safety. Highly recommend! They have bikes for littles with training wheels all the way through adult sizes, all the accessories, even car racks to safely transport bicycles!!
