I needed a bottom bracket for a non-Trek gravel bike. Chris, the mechanic, came from the back and was able to identify the part I needed. He was aware that it was in stock, even though it was in a drawer behind the counter. Chris was helpful and friendly, and is the main reason I give this store the highest rating on the scale. By the way, the bikes on display are really nice.
Gave me a full tune-up and my bike rides like new...I'd highly recommend!

Stopped here for a minor repair while on tour and had an exceptional experience. Chris got my bike in tip top shape, was extremely friendly and chill while also clearly possessing an expertise in bike repair. Will definitely stop by next time I am in the Malibu of the Midwest.
