I walked in with a flat tire and rusty chain. Chris greeted me with a great welcoming attitude and helped me get my back up and running again. I left the shop with a new pump, a spare tire, new grips, a new installed chain and a small bike for my toddler! I will be back next month for my sons birthday to get him a new bike as well and this was all thanks to the wonderful service that Chris provided! Thank you! Keep up the great work!
Aside from the quality and vast selection of bikes, the store is very clean. However, I didn't visit Trek to make a purchase. I needed emergency service for my bike. Surprisingly, It was repaired the following day. The gentleman who took my order was friendly, knowledgeable and the quintessential professional. He was upfront and transparent and very fair with pricing. Anyway, this particular store far exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name or the Technicians who was there when I picked my bike up.... read more
Chris was an extremely great at helping me bring my bike back to life with a new tube in the rear, a chain tension and a re-bead of my front tire in and out the store within 10 minutes! Cannot recommend enough!
The Wellington location offers excellent quality Trek E-bikes, super customer service and their accessories/parts are priced well.
