Caution! I believe Google Reviews are important for the public. My emotions say to rank the Trek Store a “1” but a level headed review is a “3”. A consumer should be able to walk into a Trek store and trust the service recommendations. Based on my experience, I will not step foot in a Trek owned bicycle store again. I purchased a new Domane SL5 from Trek on 10-15-24. The purchase of the bike was seamless and friendly.
