Tim and Colin went above and beyond to help me get my bike ready for race day (it needed a good bit of work) but I’m so grateful they helped me get it ready in time! Very knowledgeable and helped explain everything to me since I have a lot to learn lol
Trek bike in Wayne is great. All the staff knowledgeable and friendly. I took an older model non trek bike in for what I thought was an easy fix. They took the time to do understand how I use the bike, made reasonable recommendations to get it rideable and safe, finishing the work in 1/2 the time they estimated. Really impressed by the A+ Service.
Scott was very helpful. He showed and explained the different road bikes available, let me test ride a few, and even helped us mount our new bike rack on the car. I’m very happy with my bike and would absolutely recommend Trek Wayne to anyone!
