Liz was very courteous and professional. She provided excellent service on changing out a damaged inner tube in my rear 26-inch mountain bike tire.
I Recently purchased carbon wheelset had it installed at Trek Waldorf. Very familiar with the store and most of the staff, each time I've been in the store everyone from Liz , Mike and of course Jesse are very Knowledgeable and diligent. However, Jesse did an outstanding job installing my new wheels and tires. The bike actually feels good and looks good. Highly recommend this location for service.
