Greeted immediately upon entering the store. Purchased replacement/repair parts for an older model Trek. Upgraded safety equipment ( helmets and lights ) and discussed the benefits of obtaining a tune up.
They went above and beyond to provide outstanding support. I presented them with the challenging task of assembling a recumbent trike, and they handled every detail with patience, skill, and the highest level of professionalism. Their dedication and exceptional service were truly appreciated.
