Did an amazing job fixing my bike, and they were incredibly kind.
Trek sales an amazing product but the customer service at this location is what will keep me coming back.
Crawford, Ralph, and Ken (and formerly Josh) have been nothing but informative, friendly, and warmly welcoming my wife, friend, and myself! We are all fairly new to biking and they’ve been helping us get the right equipment (not the most expensive, just correct), transparent, and honest with us! Thank you so much and looking forward to working more with you and your team as we continue to develop as bike riders! I love my Verve 4 e-bike. I can go further and faster, especially in hilly places. I have recommended it to several friends and a few have gotten one like mine.
